"Midland Square Sky Promenade DIGITAL ART MUSEUM 2023 x Immersive Experience! Ukiyoe Immersiveart Exhibition NAGOYA" will be held at Midland Square Sky Promenade (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) from April 29 (Sat., holiday) to May 7 (Sun.), 2023. (Organized by Midland Square)
This is a limited-time evening event in which digital art content projection mapping will be projected on the walls of the Sky Promenade, an outdoor observatory located on the 44th to 46th floors of Midland Square, the tallest building in the Tokai region.
This year's event is a special project commemorating the 40th anniversary of TV Aichi's opening of the Kanayama Minami Building Museum Building (former Nagoya Museum of Fine Arts, Boston) from July 8 (Sat) to August 28 (Mon), 2023, entitled "Immersive Experience! Ukiyoe Immersiveart Exhibition NAGOYA" (Organizing by TV Aichi, HITOHATA, Jiji Press), a part of the digital art to be shown at the Ukiyo-e exhibition will be specially exhibited in advance.
We hope you will enjoy the fantastic space decorated with Ukiyo-e digital art along with the 360-degree night view of Nagoya from the observatory, which is more than 220 meters above the ground and has been recognized as a "Japan Night View Heritage".
