① Crimson Cocktail "Reikouka"

Inspired by the elegant Bijin-ga (portraits of beautiful women) that flourished during the mid-Edo period, this sophisticated cocktail features cranberry and Japanese plum wine (umeshu), creating a rich crimson color. Served in a delicately shaped champagne flute, it evokes the refined beauty of traditional Japanese aesthetics. A cherry and aromatic kinome leaf are fastened with a bamboo pick to resemble a traditional hair ornament, while a touch of gold leaf adds an elegant finishing touch. The result is a refreshingly sweet-and-tart cocktail with graceful presentation.

② Indigo Cocktail "Ranpeki"

Inspired by Katsushika Hokusai's iconic The Great Wave off Kanagawa from the Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji series, this cocktail captures the beauty of Japan Blue. A snow-style rim on the outside of the glass evokes the cresting waves, while the deep indigo hue reflects the iconic color of traditional Japanese art. Made with locally produced Hiroshima sake, lychee liqueur, grapefruit, and pineapple, this cocktail offers a delicate sweetness balanced by bright, refreshing citrus notes.
